Water Wise Actions
Joining together spouting downpipes to create wetland habitat for Frogs, Birds and Insects; Mulching and Composting to reduce water loss; Water Tank Storage for summer and drought back-up; designed waste water treatment ponds.
Organic & Native Gardens
An indigenous back yard showing how native flowers, shrubs, trees and hedges can look in your garden; demonstration composting and organic vegetable plots; edible native plants.
History & Culture
Historical walks and talks based around rock walls, grazing, Nobel explosives factory; Hume and Hovel explorations; aboriginal culture and dreamtime history.
Education, Workshops & Training
